Job Description Location: Milano, MI The Role Condé Nast is seeking a liable and organized Sales Assistant.
Based in the HQ of Milan, but being part of the Condé Nast Global & US Advertising Department, the person will assist the local Sales Team by organizing their daily activities, interacting with internal and external stakeholders and being in charge of all administrative and operational duties linked to this position.
The ideal candidate is characterized by a professional and formal standing, a good knowledge of the most popular management tools and a proven ability to work simultaneously on different, complex activities.
Please note that this role will join Condé Nast Italy with a fixed-term contract ( Maternity Cover) of maximum 12 months Primary Responsibilities Schedule, share and reconfirm client meetings Prepare RSVP presentations Act as a Point of Contact for outside vendors (office supply) and tech Manage trip arrangements through travel agency Submit Tax & Expenses in the local system ( Workday) Create and send Insertion Orders contracts for print and digital campaigns Facilitate billing discrepancies (US/ Global) Update distribution list and work with the mailing company Check and edit credits list Primary Skills & Qualifications2+ years of previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Assistant, or similar roles with a focus on organization and coordination Full professional proficiency in Italian and English, written and spoken Proficient using G Suite: Sheets, Docs, Slides, Cal, database Strong administrative, organizational and communication skillsA highly motivated self-starter who can coordinate multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Natural problem solver and solutions oriented Confident liasing with people and ability to maintain a good working relationship with individuals at all levels
