OVERVIEW

We are looking for experienced and passionate Independent Sales Representatives in Italy to join us as we expand across Europe. This is a commission-only opportunity for self-driven professionals with strong relationships in the fashion, activewear, or streetwear space.

Our first initiative? Launching our MARADONA collaboration, a fashion-forward capsule that merges sport heritage with modern activewear. You’ ll be leading the charge in introducing this exclusive line and spearheading rebook opportunities with retailers.

This is a remote, freelance role — ideal for reps with an existing network and a deep understanding of the fashion or activewear space.



RESPONSIBILITIES

Represent the AVA ACTIVE brand to local retailers, concept stores, and key accounts Drive sell-in for our Maradona collection and upcoming football-inspired launches Manage B2B communication and retail partnerships, with a focus on growing reorders and retention Stay aligned with launch calendars, brand assets, and campaign rollouts Be our eyes and ears on the ground — giving feedback and insight into market opportunities and demand Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and aesthetic of AVA ACTIVE

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in fashion, activewear, or streetwear sales Existing relationships with retail buyers or boutique owners Entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by performance-based earnings Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Fluent in local language(s); English proficiency preferred
