Hard Rock Cafe- Milan, Italy, a franchise partner of Hard Rock Cafe International (USA), Inc. , is seeking a talented Store Manager for its merchandise operations at the Hard Rock Cafe Milan, Italy. Our operators are true entrepreneurs who manage diverse teams, drives bottom line results, and multi-dimensional operations.

Qualifications

Got What It Takes To Be In The Band?

• Fluency in Italian and English, a third language is optional

• Relevant management experience as a Retail Manager with a known clothing or merchandising retail industry leader.

• Strong experience in inventory management, offer optimization, ordering procedures

• Extensive experience managing a diverse staff with an emphasis on training, coaching, and cultivating a teamwork atmosphere

• Strong customer oriented approach

• Cost management experience- manage and control

• Experience in dealing/ordering from foreign vendors

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal oriented

• Experience with Symphony/ Micros Oracle system is preferential
