We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the key role of Head of Sales for the Aesthetics business in the Italian Market reporting directly to the General Manager of Italy. In this role, you will play a crucial role in leading the sales team, setting the strategy and implement sales programs to meet the organization's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Sales Management / Sales Generalist strategy and programs to provide strategic direction to design, develop and implement sales programs to meet the organization's business objectives
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and network, leveraging this also for early identification of market trends, challenges and opportunities
Design and develop strategies and policies to plan and coordinate sales efforts and allocation of resources for sales execution
Define processes and policies related to evaluating, measuring, and managing the product/brand P&L (e. g. , budgeting, expenditures, profitability, return-on-investment, etc. )
Build and maintain a ‘winning’ engaged sales team, measured through quantitative and qualitative KP Is, enabled via strong coaching,to ensure individual and team targets are met, and over-achieved.
Manages the budget allocated to the field force ensuring best return on investment.
Deliver critical processes to plan and develop sales & business development activities, including the development of alliance/channel/network partnerships
Ensure product/brand sales volumes as well as the profit targets are met
Act as a liaison and build potential relationships with all stakeholders within and outside Galderma
Skills & Qualifications
Master's degree, MBA or equivalent
Strong experience across Consumer OR Aesthetics OR Prescription businesses - incl. understanding of local industry landscape and trends
English, written and spoken professional level required.
Several years of management experience in the Italian Market.
Strong Analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written skills to communicate complex issues and influence others
