For a multinational chemical industry whose headquarter is based in the west area of Milan we are looking for the plant located in Aprilia ( LT)



Senior HR Generalist, unique HR rapresentative at the site, reporting to the HR italian Director



The selected candidate will be responsible for the administrative HR management of the site, as well as for recruiting and training activities.

He/ She will be an active and proactive HR support to the Site Manager



Main Activities and Responsibilities

Manage the administration of personel policies and procedures through an external payroll supplier Analyze job requirements and prepare job description for recruitment Cunduct job intreviews when needed Arrange internal training and development programs as needed match training requires Support the hr Director in managing Union Relation



Compensation package offered

The fixed annual salary will be based on the candidate’ s experience

Lunch reimbursement at partner restaurants nearby. "

Employment contract governed by the Chemical Industry National Collective Labor Agreement level B



Job requirements

A minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience in the position, along with a solid educational background

A good knowledge of English is required, especially for interactions with the Global HR Director and for any projects involving collaboration with HR colleagues from other countries



Additional information

Flexible working hours , with early leave (one hour) on Fridays.

Main office location: Plant Aprilia (LT)

Occasional and non-continuous travel to other Italian and international locations may be required. "
