Replenishment Assistant

Adecco Italia SpA, for a Multinational Company based in Italy, is looking for a: Replenishment Assistant Main Activities: - You will manage daily contacts with suppliers for the delivery of goods; - You will manage the level of raw material and material stocks in accordance with agreed parameters/production plans; - You will plan and manage shipments to foreign countries, all transfers to and from external warehouses/suppliers; - You will be responsible for the periodic reporting (e. g. raw materials stocks, pallet stocks); - You will collaborate in the analysis of the feasibility of sourcing for new products; - You will work with the QC team to manage blockages and unblockings of goods; Requirements: - Previous experience (2/3 years) in similar role; - Excellent knowledge of the Office suite and Excel; - Proactivity, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and building solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
