What You'll Do - Provide professional support via multiple channels' such as phone' chat' and other communication platforms. - Guide customers through their purchase and post-purchase journey. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solutions. - Update databases accurately and professionally. - Offer tailored product suggestions and support. - Adapt to change and support all tasks as needed for smooth service delivery. - Be the friendly voice of a world-class brand.

What We Expect - C1/C2 Italian' B2 English. - Willingness to provide excellent customer care. - Availability for 4 weeks of full-time training ( Mon- Fri' 9:00-17:15). - Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift environment post-training.
