RECRUITER

La risorsa con il supporto del proprio responsabile, dovrà occuparsi delle seguenti attività:


• Ricerca e selezione del personale.


• Coordinamento con il management per recepire le esigenze organizzatine, raccogliere gli hiring needs e redigere le job description sui principali canali di ricerca.


• Screening dei cv anche in lingua inglese.


• Interviste telefoniche.


• Garantire il costante aggiornamento dei processi, della reportistica dedicata.


• Stesura del cv da sottoporre al cliente .


• Supporto nella gestione delle pagine social aziendale.


Requisiti:


• Laurea.


• Forte interesse per l'attività di Executive search.


• Attitudine al Iavoro di squadra e capacità di ascoltare.


• Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Word ed Excel.


• Eccellenti capacità comunicative


• In grado di gestire priorità e multitasking


• Abilità di comunicazione scritta e verbale;


• Capacità organizzative;


• Pensiero critico;


• Buona conoscenza lingua inglese
