Primary Responsibilities Include



• Friendly and efficient check in and check out of the highest standard.


• Answering all guest enquiries.


• Providing information about the hotel and the local area to our guests.


• Supporting the rest of the Front of House team to provide an excellent welcome and departure experience for all of our guests and visitors.





About Us

Inspired by German fashion designer, Philipp Plein, this boutique hotel, member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, is cut from a different cloth. Requirements

The ideal candidate has a higher degree, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality Management or Business Administration. She/he has developed at least 3 years of experience as Front Office Agent in Five- Star Luxury Hotels.




What You Bring:



• Very good command of English and Italian (spoken and written)


• General knowledge of hotel departments


• Warm, genuine and approachable character


• Previous face-to-face customer service experience


• The care to deliver truly memorable experiences for our guests


• Knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS will be considered a plus


• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
