Receptionist front-office

Duo Milan Porta Nuova, Tribute Portfolio is a 4 star, 239 rooms, including 11 suites, all completely renovated with bright colours and unexpected details. In addition, the Hotel has a Bistrot with Italian and international cuisine, a Bar and a Courtyard for informal meetings or relaxing breaks, a fully equipped fitness centre and 5 meeting rooms.

The property is part of Marriott International which is the world’ s largest hotel brand and Westmont Hospitality Group.

The hotel has been fully renovated and has undergone a complete rebranding becoming the second Marriott Tribute Portfolio in Italy.




We are looking for a Front Office Agent turnante.



Main tasks:

· Excellent level of written and spoken Italian and English (B2-C1 level);

· Aptitude for problem-solving and teamwork and good communication skills;

· Knowledge of Marriott Standards or other international brands;

· Knowledge of PMS Opera;

· Willingness to work shifts;

· Previous experience, of at least 1 year, in hotels;

· Previous working experience in a Marriott environment and knowledge of operational standards is appreciated, but not required.




You will have:

· Fixed-term contract of 40 hours per week;

· Learning &Development focused on the management of work processes at Front Desk and on Marriott International, the world’ s largest international hotel chain, in a professional and dynamic environment;

· Daily meal vouchers for each shift worked;
