Functieomschrijving Randstad Inhouse, Specialty Pharma, for a multinational company in consumer healthcare sector is looking for a R&, D EMEA Scientist Baby Care.
The R&, D Deployment Scientist will take part in projects linking the formula and processing activities to brand strategy, targets, and problem resolution methods with demonstrated rigor and deep organizational knowledge whilst embedding sustainability into all actions.
Work area: Pomezia Contractual situation: fixed-term contract.
Responsabilit The main activities associated with the role include: Develop a technical expertise in product design/formulation and process development/process scale-up Operate with technical direction Participate in cross-functional project team discussions defining and coordinating deliverables (e. g. : R&, D) Connection with end-to-end R&, D functions defining the execution pathway and ensuring deliverables remain on track and support Draft and execute peer reviewed manuscripts, technical reports Follow standards and quality, medical and regulatory requirements Functie-eisen The ideal candidate as : Master’s degree 1/2 years of experience in similar role Experience and understanding of formulated products is preferred.
Cosmetics, OTC, or pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
Fluent written and oral English communication skills are required.
