What you will do
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and backend services for our AI-powered marketing platforms.
• Develop and maintain high-performance ETL systems that process large-scale datasets in cloud environments (GCP).
• Writing well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into efficient, testable code.
• Participate in architectural decisions to enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of our systems.
• Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to a culture of clean code and technical excellence.
• Troubleshoot issues, monitor system performance, and proactively improve our backend infrastructure.

• We’ll review your CV, and if it’s a match, we’ll invite you to complete an AI-based simulation using our Anthropos platform in a realistic business scenario.
• If you pass the simulation, you’ll move on to a technical interview with our Tech Director.
• Finally, you'll have a closing interview with HR, where we’ll discuss the offer.
Requirements Who you are
• Experienced engineer: 4+ years in professional Python development, ideally in SaaS Mar Tech or Ad Tech environments.
• Backend specialist: Proficiency with Django and Django REST Framework, along with data processing libraries.
• Cloud-native mindset: Practical experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and containerized development with Docker.
• Data engineering fluency: Experience building ETL pipelines and working with distributed systems or parallel processing frameworks.
• Architectural thinker: Comfortable contributing to system design and choosing the right tools for performance and scalability.
• Collaborative teammate: Strong communication skills, fluent in English, and enthusiastic about working in cross-functional remote teams.
• Continuous learner: Proactive, curious, and motivated to stay current with the latest in cloud computing, ML infrastructure, and backend engineering.
• Academic background: MS or Ph. D. in Computer Science or a related field.
