The role – what is it we would like you to do? Currie & Brown Italy is looking for a Project & Manager in Treviso and Milan.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, project management or equivalent.
At least 5 years' experience in managing medium-volume projects in luxury developments (hospitality experience preferred).
Experience in managing the permitting process and dealing with local jurisdiction.
Good technical writing, client-facing and communication skills (both internal and external).
In addition to Italian, excellent written and spoken English required.
Aptitude for teamwork, reliability and flexibility.
Activities Support in managing the phases of the projects.
Liaise with multiple stakeholders including, property services, designers, contractors and building management and security consultants.
Lead the coordination of the design against the client’s design guides and constraints.
Assuming a leading role in setting objectives and priorities, working as a proactive team player.
Maintaining effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of projects; liaising with other managers to ensure efficient financial control. Cost management services Delivering all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner Check work progress status (SAL) on time and on budget.
Conduct meetings with contractors and client.
Manage procurement activities.
Snagging activities.
Management and coordination of site activities. - - - - - - - - - - - - - Currie & Brown Italia è alla ricerca di un Project & Construction manager nella sede principale di Treviso. Requisiti: Laurea in architettura, ingegneria, project management o equivalente.
Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella gestione di progetti di medio volume in complessi di lusso (via preferenziale l’esperienza nel settore hospitality).
Esperienza nella gestione del processo di autorizzazione e nei rapporti con la giurisdizione locale.
Buone capacità di scrittura tecnica, di relazione con il cliente e di comunicazione (sia interna che esterna).
Oltre all’italiano, è richiesto un ottimo inglese scritto e parlato.
Attitudine al lavoro in team, affidabilità e flessibilità.
Attività: Supportare la gestione delle fasi di progettazione dei progetti; Collaborare con diversi stakeholder, tra i quali progettisti, architetti, ingegneri, appaltatori e i consulenti per la gestione degli edifici e la sicurezza; Guidare il coordinamento della progettazione rispetto alle linee guida e ai vincoli di progettazione; Assumere un ruolo di guida nella definizione di obiettivi e priorità, lavorando in team; Mantenere una comunicazione efficace per garantire che tutte le informazioni siano disponibili per il completamento dei progetti; mantenere i contatti con gli altri manager per garantire un controllo efficiente; Gestione dei costi; Consegnare tutti i risultati del lavoro in modo accurato e tempestivo; Verifica stato avanzamento lavori (SAL) nel rispetto di tempi e budget; Condurre riunioni con contractors, maestranze, cliente; Gestire attività di procurement; Attività di snagging; Gestione e coordinamento delle attività di cantiere.
