Job Title: Project Manager – Chemical Manufacturing

Location: Udine Italy but on a Hybrid (1 week/month onsite, 2– 3 weeks remote)

Travel: Required across Europe (client visits and site coordination)

Responsibilities



Lead end-to-end project delivery across chemical manufacturing facilities in Europe Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and commercial departments Manage budgets, timelines, and quality across all project phases Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards specific to chemical production Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular onsite visits and remote engagement Provide project updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes



Qualifications



Proven experience as a Project Manager within the chemical manufacturing sector Strong understanding of process engineering, production workflows, and regulatory frameworks Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different geographies Willingness to travel throughout Europe (typically several short trips per month) Comfortable working 1 week onsite per month, with 2– 3 weeks remote Fluency in English
