For our HR team, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager, responsible for managing the implementation of new processes and/or systems.
The Position - Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead a range of projects in the area of process and/or system implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in project management, systems & process implementation, and change management, with exceptional leadership, cultural insights and communication skills.
Main tasks and responsibilities
The Project Manager will drive the project execution and coordination for the implementation of our projects and will be responsible for:
• Project Planning and Execution - Develop and manage the overall project plans, scope, objectives, timelines, budget and milestones for the different initiatives. Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and constraints.
• Stakeholder Management - Engage and coordinate with stakeholders across multiple regions, including HR, Finance, IT, and local teams to ensure alignment and buy-in from all involved parties and address concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Project Leadership - Assemble and lead a cross-functional project team, including internal resources and external vendors. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure the successful completion of project objectives.
• Vendor Management - Collaborate with the external vendors (where applicable) to ensure the delivery of robust and scalable solutions. Manage vendor contract, service-level agreements (SL As), and performance. Ensure vendor activities align with project timelines and quality standards.
• Process Standardisation and Optimisation - Work with group and local teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, implement best practices and standardise processes. Ensure compliance with local regulations and organisational policies.
• Change Management and Communication - Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to support adoption of the new processes and/or systems. Monitor and address resistance to change. Design and deliver training materials, workshops, and communication plans for end-users.
• Reporting and Documentation - Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, issue logs, and decision records. Provide regular updates to executive leadership and project sponsors. Ensure knowledge transfer and proper handover at project completion.

Job requirements
• Master's level in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Leader within an international (matrix)profit organisation;
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, multi-regional implementation projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Excellent project management skills - Problem solving, decisive and results-oriented leader with a focus on collaboration and adaptability;
• Flexible, customer-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal and communicative skills;
• Analytical mindset, able to manage complexity and work under pressure, with a strong hands-on mentality;
• Good cultural and organisational sensitivity, proven experience in change management;
• A good command of English in word and writing.
