PROGRAMMABLE TECH SUPPORT – HVAC

The Programmable Tech Support - HVAC is responsible for providing technical support, customization, and implementation of HVAC ( Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) solutions tailored to meet specific customer needs. This role requires a combination of advanced technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of HVAC systems and control software.  

Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with the sales team to analyze customers' technical requirements and propose customized HVAC solutions. Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including system parameterization, application analysis, and component selection.


• Participate in the configuration and optimization of HVAC systems on-site, ensuring optimal performance.


• Support troubleshooting of technical issues both remotely and locally, and oversee the installation and commissioning of systems.


• Collaborate with the R&D and Product Management teams to enhance the company's technical offerings. Deliver tec 


• Deliver technical training to customers, OE Ms, partners, and internal staff on the use and maintenance of HVAC systems.

Requirements:


• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related fields.


• 2-5 years of experience in a technical role related to HVAC systems (parameterization, installation, or technical support).


• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics principles applied to HVAC systems.


• Familiarity with industrial programming software (e. g. , I SaGRAF) and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HVAC simulation software.


• Excellent proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken).


• Experience with electronic controls and HVAC applications (PLC, BMS) and communication protocols ( Modbus, BA Cnet).


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication skills, teamwork attitude, customer focus, and attention to detail.


• Flexibility, adaptability to international contexts, and willingness to travel abroad.

Tipo di assunzione : primo contratto a tempo determinato con possibilità di assunzione diretta con l'azienda.

Retribuzione:  commisurata alle competenze professionali maturate dal candidato
