About the Role
We’re looking for a Program Manager to join our Business Unit team and lead high-impact programs from concept to production.
You’ll coordinate execution across functions — ensuring goals, timing, and budgets are aligned, and risks are proactively managed.
Key Responsibilities
🔸 Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Operations, Quality, and more
🔸 Manage hybrid delivery ( Agile + Waterfall)
🔸 Define scope, schedule, and budget
🔸 Align internal and external stakeholders
🔸 Report KP Is and status to executive leadership
🔸 Anticipate risks and ensure mitigation
What We’re Looking For
✔ Degree in Engineering or scientific field
✔ 3+ years managing complex software or AI projects
✔ Knowledge of Agile & Waterfall methodologies
✔ Experience with Jira, MS Project, and planning/reporting tools
✔ Strong communication and leadership skills
✔ Fluent in English and Italian
✔ PMP and/or Agile certification (preferred)
Nice to Have
âž• Background in AI or high-tech industries
âž• Familiarity with stage-gate/hybrid methodologies
âž• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
