What you'll do


• Manage all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high quality products


• Deliver analysis plant performance KP Is, budget and projects


• Set up and executes development plans for plant personnel


• Ensure operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations



What makes you a good fit


• Chemical high school diploma/ Degree in Engineering


• 3/4 years of previous experience in a similar role is required


• People Management skills


• Fluent in Italian and English


• Continuous improvement and lean manufacturing knowledge


• IT skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office package


• Proactive, passionate, result oriented and a team-player with excellent communication and organizational skills
