We are working for an international Company – a global leader in data capture and industrial automation for retail, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare – and we are looking for a:


PRODUCT MANAGER SOFTWARE LOGISTIC AUTOMATION




Lead the strategy, lifecycle, and go-to-market of turnkey logistics automation solutions built on SIS products (barcode readers, dimensioners) and third-party devices for parcel identification, measurement, and tracking.


Key Responsibilities



• Define pricing, positioning, and business strategy.


• Manage full solution lifecycle from concept to EOL.


• Scout third-party components and align roadmaps with Product Managers.


• Drive market analysis, VoC insights, and competitive intelligence.


• Lead GTM plans, launches, sales enablement, and funnel optimization.


• Support cross-functional teams and resolve solution-related issues.






Requirements



• Bachelor’s/ Master’s in Business, Marketing, Engineering.


• 5+ years in Logistics Automation ( Product Marketing, Sales or Service).


• Italian and English proficient.


• Experience with SAP, Power BI, MS Dynamics, CRM.


• Strong analytical and technical understanding of automated solutions.


• Excellent teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management.
