Role

We’re looking for a Product Builder to join our team and take full ownership of developing and iterating on our mobile learning experience. You’ll work at the intersection of UX, UI, and product strategy — building solutions with a strong focus on speed of execution, direct user feedback, and collaboration with engineering. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves prototyping, and is obsessed with solving real student problems through design and product thinking.

Main responsibilities



• Lead the design and development of our mobile product, from prototype to production


• Conduct rapid user testing and iterate constantly based on feedback from students


• Collaborate daily with the tech team to ensure seamless integration between design and development


• Translate complex learning needs into simple, engaging user experiences


• Own the UX and UI of core mobile features, ensuring consistency and excellence


• Contribute to product strategy with a clear, user-centric point of view


• Work cross-functionally with content, marketing, and data to align product vision with company objectives


Requirements



• 2+ years of experience building digital products, ideally in mobile or edtech


• Strong skills in UX/UI design tools (e. g. Figma, Sketch) and prototyping


• Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing


• Ability to turn insights into design decisions quickly and effectively


• A “maker” mindset: you love shipping fast, testing, and iterating


• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams


• Fluent in Italian and English


Nice to have



• Experience with no-code tools or front-end development (e. g. React Native, Flutter)


• Familiarity with analytics tools like Mixpanel or GA4 to track and validate design hypotheses


• Background in cognitive psychology or learning sciences
