About Us: Syngenta Biologicals is a leading company in the agricultural industry. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Procurement Associate to join our team and contribute to a strategic digital transformation project.
The Role: The Procurement Associate will play a key role in supporting the global implementation of our new ERP system, contributing to the optimization of purchasing processes and the promotion of sustainable operations. This will be a unique opportunity to work on a high-impact project and develop skills in an international and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide active support to the global implementation project of the SAP S4 system.
• Collaborate with the Procurement team to ensure the integration of sustainability practices into operations.
• Offer support to the Indirect Procurement team, in line with the new organizational model (TOM).
Who We Are Looking For:
• Prior work experience (2/3 years), preferably in Procurement or in roles involving support for complex projects.
• Strong interest in purchasing processes and sustainability.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Proactivity and results-orientation.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems (especially SAP) will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of company systems and dynamics will be considered a plus.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
