Process Engineer

Envolve Consulting, an independent company active in management search, selects a Process Engineer for a prestigious multinational company operating in the plastics manufacturing sector.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of processes, an understanding of plastic materials, and the ability to optimize production processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and optimize processes for a variety of plastic materials.
• Monitor and adjust production lines to ensure consistent product quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Conduct trials and experiments to test new materials, processes, or equipment.
• Analyze data from production runs to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions for processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Work closely with the R D team to assist in the development of new products and processes.
• Maintain documentation related to process changes, improvements, and troubleshooting.


Education and experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of process control.
• Proficiency in process simulation and data analysis tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet production targets.
• Familiarity with industry standards and quality management systems (ISO, etc. ).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Place of work: Vittorio Veneto (TV), smart working 20%.
