BOYY is looking for an experienced and well-connected PR Manager to lead public relations efforts in Italy and support broader European brand visibility. The PR Manager will serve as a brand guardian, ensuring BOYY’ s distinct voice and values are consistently communicated across all press and influencer touchpoints.
This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on executor with a deep understanding of the luxury fashion media landscape.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
MEDIA RELATIONS
Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier fashion and lifestyle editors, journalists, stylists, and freelancers across Italy and Europe. Secure consistent, high-impact editorial placements in print, digital, and broadcast media. Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and seasonal product news.
INFLUENCER AND TALENT OUTREACH
Identify and engage relevant influencers, celebrities, and cultural figures aligned with BOYY’ s brand identity. Manage product seeding programs and partnership negotiations. Monitor and report on influencer content and campaign impact.
PRESS EVENTS AND ACTIVATIONS
Lead the planning and execution of press previews, store events, and special media experiences. Coordinate event guest lists, press attendance, and follow-up coverage. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure events align with BOYY’ s aesthetic and brand goals.
BRAND MESSAGING AND COMMUNICATION
Ensure brand messaging is consistent and compelling across all public-facing materials. Serve as a spokesperson or media liaison when required.
REPORTING AND ANALYSIS
Monitor press coverage and prepare monthly media performance reports. Track KP Is including earned media value (EMV), sentiment, and share of voice. Use insights to inform future PR strategy and budget allocation.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in public relations, preferably in luxury fashion or lifestyle. Strong network of fashion and lifestyle media contacts in Italy and Europe. Proven track record of managing successful press campaigns and events. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English. High level of discretion, professionalism, and aesthetic sensitivity. Ability to work independently while collaborating with international teams. Experience working in a global brand or agency setting. Understanding of luxury consumer behavior and current fashion/culture trends.
