Responsibilities:
Manage all activities related to the personnel administration and payroll service, ensuring their accuracy, correct timing and application of legal obligations, Act as the primary contact with external payroll providers, submitting data for the monthly payroll process, reviewing preliminary reports, and approving the final version of payslips. Process workforce lifecycle changes and data entry such as personal data, employment contracts, compensation pack, promotions, and benefits and updates by ensuring accuracy in HR and attendance systems. Support the EU People Director in monitoring the evolution and planning of the workforce, the elaboration of the budget and forecast of labour costs and the analysis of the relative variances in the final balance phase, the bonus calculation and payment and related documentation pack. Provide the finance team with journal entries based on information processed in the monthly payroll (including accruals) and follow up on any necessary reconciliations. Provide employees and external consultants with reliable information and coordinate the communication flows related to employment, payroll, benefits, corporate policy and labour regulations. Supervise all administrative activities relating to types of absences, holidays, illnesses, leaves of absence, law 104 and accidents in accordance with our CCNL Support various internal and external audits. Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports based on payroll data, including statistical reports and KP Is. Collaborate and support projects such as payroll migration, time and attendance system implementation, and integration between payroll provider systems and HR systems. Optimize and work on continuous improvement of our payroll processes
Requirements
At least 5 years working experience in managing complex and/ or high-volume payrolls, with proven experience in Italy Degree in HR, Legal, Economics or similarA deep understanding of the labour law and Italian Commerce CCNL regulationsA proven track record of hands-on experience in legal compliance related to payroll amp; benefits processes Professional level in English and Italian Familiarity with Zucchetti is a plus
