In this role, you will be reporting to the Operations Senior Director and you will be responsible for inventory process overview and analysis, operation forecast, and operations KP Is analysis (manufacturing efficiency and saturation, savings, PPV, OTD) and you will assist the Finance dep in the annual cost roll using SAP.
Responsibilities:Â
• Inventory analysis, reclassification, and target also collaborate in the physical count.
• Inventory AOP and forecast target.
• Manufacturing hours collection and analysis for AOP/ Forecast.
• Weekly rolling forecast, operation point of view (WBS, Month of production, status, cost, etc. ).
• Operation KP Is measuring and monitoring.
• Determines the COGS for the printers in the Forecast.
• Analyses Slow moving to get the parts to scrap.
• Assist Finance in the Annual Cost Roll to solve the errors and analyze the printer's value.
• Support in the uploading Standard Cost for the Italian Plant.
• Raw materials PPV analysis in collaboration with Finance.
• Printing heads analysis.
• PRO 9 check and analysis.
Requirements:
• Degree in Economics or Engineering.
• 3-5 years experience in similar roles in manufacturing companies.
• Good knowledge of English and Italian (written and spoken).
• Computer skills using Microsoft Office ( Advanced Excel, Power Point).
• Knowledge of inventory management, forecasting, and production scheduling principles.
• Knowledge of the master data that drives the forecasting, planning, production scheduling, and shipping functionality in SAP.
• Ability to deal with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and to liaise with co-workers of all levels.
