Onsite IT Technician
Job Description Working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and hands-on support. We are looking for an extremely proactive person with a keen interest in technology, who is able to make suggestions for improvements and offer an opinion on new products or services. In addition, we are looking for a person with exceptional customer service skills, along with the ability to build effective working relationships with both team members and business users, and a flexible and committed approach to work.
The team consists of Technicians that visit customer's machines to solve support related problems or resolve issues remotely to users. Candidates will be required to have intermediate PC support knowledge and experience with common tools.
Responsibilities
• Excellent problem solving & customer facing skills;
• Ability to resolve Windows 10 and 11 Operating System Errors;
• Basic Network troubleshooting skills and knowledge;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 2016/365 Suite;
• Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Microsoft Group Policy Objects experience;
• Diagnose printer and other peripheral device failures and implement solutions;
• Provide installation and upgrade services of supported hardware and software;
• Previous Experience of working within a Ticket Management System ( Service Now preferred);
• Correctly track incidents and calls timely and accurately.

Job Requirements Skills and Experience:
• Excellent problem solving & customer facing skills;
• Minimum of 3 Years' experience in an IT Support Role;
• Mastery in Windows 11, 10 and MS Office 365 environment;
• Hardware problems diagnose skills (PC's, laptops, printers etc. );
• Driving license is essential;
• Knowledge of remote administrative tools in Windows 10 environment;
• Knowledge of LAN, Wireless and VPN technologies to perform basic troubleshooting;
• Familiar with printer and multi-functional devices connected to a network;
• Willingness to learn new technologies, positive, helpful can do attitude and ability to work with others;
• Strong communication skills, service delivery orientation, attention to client's needs;
• Ability to cope with stress and workload;
• Knowledge of Windows 11, 10 application deployment with enterprise system like SCCM and Intune.
