We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join our Debt Capital Markets & Financing team at our Milan headquarter. This unique opportunity will allow the selected candidate to gain hands-on experience in both the origination and structuring of fixed-income instruments for corporate clients, as well as the assessment, structuring, and implementation of debt financing products.




Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the origination and structuring of fixed-income instruments (both loans and bonds) for corporate clients.

· Support the assessment of profitability and returns for proposed financing solutions.

· Contribute to the preparation of pitches and marketing materials for existing and potential clients.

· Assist in the preparation of internal memos for credit committee and senior management approval.

· Monitor prevailing financing conditions in the market and support portfolio monitoring activities.

· Support the developing of financial models to assess proposed financing structures.


Required Skills:

· Excellent academic results.

· Strong understanding of financial accounting and cash flow analysis.

· Background in credit products is a plus but not required.

Soft Skills:

· Motivated to build a career in investment banking, specifically in debt capital markets and structured finance.

· Analytical mindset, curiosity, and problem-solving approach.

· Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

· Dependability and commitment.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Other Requirements:

· Master’s Degree / Laurea Specialistica (obtained or in the final year) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Management.

· Fluency in English and Italian; other European languages are a plus.
