Job Description We are looking for a Mid- Market Client Success Manager familiar with the life and/or health insurance industry to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.
The Mid- Market Client Success Manager is responsible for driving adoption, a positive client experience, and growth from within the Agency Bloc suite of products and services.
This key client-facing role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong time and project management skills, and a love for solving problems.
If you are driven by creating a valuable experience for clients, are familiar with account management software (CRM), and have a flair for client communication, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities: Mid- Market Client Success Managers are experts on the Agency Bloc suite of services including our Agency Bloc AMS and the Quote+ quoting and enrollment products and how these systems can be used to help our agencies achieve their business objectives.
Manage a book of business or 350+ accounts equaling over $1. 5M in ARR.
Own personal KPI’s which include gross retention, cross selling and upselling of your personal book of business.
Develop and manage client relationships throughout the client lifecycle, including the initial onboarding period, ensuring product adoption and customers are using the solution to achieve full business value.
Conduct client product training sessions via web meetings and conference calls.
Work with clients and internal business partners to ensure setup and implementation of their account meets client expectations.
Monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends, and provide recommendations based on risk and customers' needs.
Identify and maintain relationships with main decision-makers in which you identify challenges and areas of opportunity.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in team chat channels to ensure we are utilizing the team’s collective knowledge.
Actively participate in weekly departmental meetings.
Act as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills/ Education/ Experience:3+ years of SaaS training/account management experience or life and health insurance industry experience.
Agency Bloc & Form Fire experience desired, but not required.
Specific examples of previous experience developing relationships with C- Suite customers and exceeding goals.
Proven track record of establishing credibility with key clients and accounts.
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to turn data into decisions.
Excellent interpersonal skills, highly organized and efficient.
High level of comfort with technology.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
