Responsibilities
• Develop and communicate a strategic vision for leveraging data to drive business objectives and innovation.
• Lead the strengthening of a solid data culture based on the understanding of market and customers dynamics.
• Analise large set of data with the aim of producing actionable insights; Create analysis and reporting to support Business Units and Regional Markets.
• Develop custom data models, algorithms and predictive models to support the identification of business patterns and support business decisions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management and analytics. Drive market research activities (e. g. market sizing, competition, customers segmentation).
• Drive continuous improvement in data processes, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and relevance.
• Support the implementation of processes to collect, organize and manage data through DB.
• Support the adoption of Business Intelligence tools and CRM.
Qualifications
• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science.
• At least 2-3 years of work experience. Background in similar positions is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (including pivot tables) and good Power Point skills.
• Knowledge of Python, VBA and/or other programming languages.
• Understanding and utilization of CRM tools and Marketing Automation.
• Problem solving skills and analytical mindset.
• Result-driven attitude, thoroughness, proactivity, and good interpersonal skills.
