As a Short Term Planner you will be dedicated to ensuring on-time delivery from the launch to the Customer. You’ll play a key role in our manufacturing plan, coordinating and expediting the flow of materials. You will plan and schedule according to production needs using your in-depth knowledge of concepts, methods and procedures.

As a Short Term Planner you are responsible for:
• Translate demand into production plans ensuring they are delivered to meet internal customer requirements
• Establish the planning and delivery processes ensuring they are aligned with customer deliverables.
• Participating in weekly production meetings to share information with internal customers and stakeholders
• Track Shop and Suppliers short term plan verifying consistency against Master Schedule and Long-medium term planning cycle time, internal shop and supplier capacity, hardware / tooling availability, and status to schedules
• Working within our ERP system ( Oracle) to identify material requirements, analyse supply and optimise Inventory level
• Overseeing cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks, materials shortages, machine maintenance, manpower issues and shop capacity
• Understand and track key deliverables (OTD/VTC, SMI, inventory turns, WIP aging);

To be successful in this role, you will:
• Have a bachelor’s degree in STEM Subject.
• Have the ability to analyze problems to fulfill the plan and work with the other functions to solve them
• Be fluent in Italian and English
• Have EU Work Permit
• Have the ability to work in a global environment
• Be multitask approach and change agent attitude
• Have a self-starter attitude as well as positive, courageous and collaborative approach
• Have a critical approach
