Job Opening: Demand and Supply Planning Manager
The Demand and Supply Planning Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the local Demand, Supply & Logistic team, for supporting S&OP Management ( Demand Management), local logistics operations and supply planning, assuring alignment with CS.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing and developing the team by motivating and coaching
Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
Supports supply chain operations & planning at the market level, monitors key KP Is (forecast accuracy, logistics costs, service level, MOH)
Coordinates demand reviews with sales teams, providing the best visibility on sales forecast over a period of 3 to 24 months in alignment also with Finance
Monitors supply chain performance, and continuously implements performance improvement plans
Job Requirements:
Proven years of experience in Supply Chain Management
University Degree in Economics, Business, or Engineering
Good knowledge of the local pharmaceutical logistic distribution model
Good understanding of the sales process/ Business Acumen
Advanced English (oral and written)
Good knowledge of Office tools
Awareness with Project Management & Logistic Tools
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
