Job Description We're looking for a digital-savvy individual with an international mindset and hands-on experience.
This person will be reporting to Group Head of Distribution Experience.
The primary goal is to work with local Business Units to maximize impact of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Adoption initiatives across agent networks working in close contact with CX, Brand & Digital and Digital & Data teams, identifying & sharing best practices and scaling them up across the organization.
Key responsibilities of the role will include: Engage & connect with key stakeholders in the business units to create awareness on the importance of data, CRM and sales funnel / pipeline.
Lead a CRM adoption community to involve senior leaders, share best practices and create engagement at all levels of the organization Define key use cases to be implemented in the market, connect with Brand & Digital / CX / Data & Digital Teams and implement with Sales & Distribution team to maximize customer contact and drive up/cross selling impact.
Understand current practices, pain points and ensure agents led feedback when creating use cases Define key actions to drive CRM advisors' adoption and monitor & support market to execute, measuring impacts.
Understand common pain points which are barriers to usage (e. g. data collection) and work cross-functionally to address them Foster concrete usage through Training & Change Management.
Equip Agents with the right skillset to unlock the commercial benefits of CRM.
Set up dedicated programs to scale agent adoption Identify business (not IT) concrete needs for agents to optimize the implementation.
Orchestrate CRM link with B Us' sales & marketing tools (e. g. website, customer app, advisory), to ensure smooth usage and tangible impact / financial return Requirements Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: University degree or equivalent10+ years of Digital / Sales & Marketing experience Deep knowledge of CRM & digital technologies (e. g. salesforce) Experience at managing and deploying successfully global programs (focus on digital adoption & change management) Excellent data analytical skills Creativity and a solution-oriented mindset in a cost-conscious environment Fluent English is a must Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills Confident and ability to influence Motivated and driven Someone who feels empowered to implement changes & enjoys working in Sales & Distribution organization Initiate new projects and manage them end-to-end Company Profile Generali is a major player in the global insurance industry - a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.
