Your opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated IT Analyst (SFA) who will be part of our IT team and will work in a modern and international contest to provide the best IT solutions and related IT projects.
How you will contribute
Supporting the IT Manager during the project phases (from the requirements analysis to the model definition and solution implementation phase), in order to ensure both project timing and the implementation of the requirements presented for the area of competence:
Sales Force Automation (SFA), a solution to support the sales force (and more generally the Sales area) and Trade marketing
Digital applications to support staff in stores (i. e. K-ERA, Kering Eyewear Retail App)
Solutions supporting the collection and analysis of Sell- Out data (i. e. BI Sell- Out Reporting, K-ERA, Bludata, etc. ).
Being the point of contact between the IT function and the other business functions and the point of reference for any needs with the area of competence.
Support the team in the implementation of the different applications in the area.
Gathering internal requirements from business partners and designing the best technical solution, creating and analyzing and validating detailed technical/functional specifications.
Assuming the role of project manager ensuring that deadlines are met and project milestones are achieved.
Supporting the IT Manager in monitoring and coordinating activities of external suppliers.
Managing and validating System Tests and user support activities in the User Acceptance Test (UAT) phases.
Managing AMS activities (application maintenance services): specifically, first-level assistance to users and coordination with internal/external AMS managers for activities with the higher impact.
Providing end-user support in the use of the tools.
Supporting the team on Digital projects.
Contributing to teamwork and the achievement of project objectives.
Who you are
Degree in Economics or similar disciplines
Previous experience in similar role of minimum 2+ years
SAP knowledge will be considered as a plus
Good English knowledge
Good Office package knowledge (especially for Excel)
Previous experience in Fashion or Consumer Goods industries will be considered as a plus
