Havea Italia is the italian subsidiary (26m€ Net Sales in 2024, 30 employee) is in charge of the distribution of 3 strategic brands ( Dermovitamina, Bears with Benefits and Vitarmonyl).
Position Summary:
We are looking for a National Key Account Manager with strong strategic and analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of the FMCG and retail sectors, and the ability to lead marketing initiatives that drive both brand and category growth.
The role will focus on overseeing the Modern Trade and Discount channels, managing both first- and second-level agreements. Key responsibilities include building and developing relationships with top retail customers, negotiating and managing second-level agreements to ensure the achievement of commercial targets, monitoring sales performance, and developing strategies to maximize both sell-in and sell-out.
The role:
Be available for business travel within the national territory as required by the role Negotiate national first-level agreements and ensure their proper implementation in terms of assortments, shelf space, and promotions Develop strong relationships with key clients in the Modern Trade and Discount channels Define, execute, and monitor commercial plans Be responsible for implementing the guidelines agreed upon with Trade Marketing and for applying defined company policies Interact with the Sales Network and functionally coordinate field commercial activities for assigned clients Maintain regular communication with the Sell- Out team Analyze the market, sales performance, and other key indicators (market amp; shelf share) Prepare reports and forecasting Develop customer plans and monitor progress and results Analyze and identify development opportunities with potential new clients Develop effective strategies to maximize both sell-in and sell-out Analyze market and competitor trends to identify new business opportunities
Your Profile:
2- 3 years of experience in a similar role and/or in commercial roles such as Regional Key Account Manager, Local Account Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, or Junior National Account Manager within FMCG companiesautonomy in managing complex second-level contracts or first-level contracts with major Modern Trade retailers Excellent knowledge of the FMCG and Modern Trade market Strong analytical skills and a goal-oriented mindset with effective problem-solving abilities Energetic and highly motivated Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Willingness to travel frequently within the national territory Good command of English, both written and spoken Knowledge of French (written and spoken) is considered a plus Degree in Economics or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
