Our Retail Operation Department in Segrate is looking for a
Junior IT Retail Support – fixed-term contract of 1 year (f/m/d) (100%)
Your Responsibilities:
• Maintain strong internal relationships with Sales &Product teams to ensure marketing plans are supported and aligned to objectives
• 1st and 2nd Level- Support on SHOP POS infrastructure, application, software
• Implementation and replacement of SHOP Hardwar
• Prepare, test, pack/send POS- Hardware to/from shops
• Remote and On- Site support in Stores
• Project Support (ePOS, CRM, Mercury, etc. )
• Training for shop staff
Your Ideal Profile:
• A person open to test and use new technologies and products
• A person who wants to understand the relationship between systems and root cause of incidents
• English and Italian (both at fluent level, to be able to do presentations, memos, documents)
• An analytical and reliable person
• Available to go to the stores to do troubleshooting
