Junior Hardware Engineer

As a Junior Hardware Engineer, you will be involved in multidisciplinary innovation projects, applying your technical skills in the development of the assigned tasks.
Main areas of activity: Develop system specifications from top-level descriptions.
Design schematics, perform digital/analog SPICE simulations, and create board layouts to meet system requirements.
Develop robust and highly reliable designs, carrying out trade-off analysis to produce innovative, cost-effective solutions.
Assist in maintaining and developing design standards while supporting continuous improvement.
Provide clear documentation and strong technical support to contract manufacturers and the production department during the product sampling and production stages.
Maintain relationships with vendors and specify necessary parts. Required background and technical skills: Technical competencies: Strong electronic background.
Develop electronic systems and wiring in compliance with specifications and instructions.
Experience working with PC Bs is a plus. Tools: Altium Designer or similar software.
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Other skills and required characteristics: Education: Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a similar technical field.
Work experience: 1+ years in electronics design.
Languages: English (at least B1).
Personal skills: Innovative, highly organized, ability to multi-task across multiple projects, detail-oriented.
Travel: Travel will be required to support projects with e- Novia enterprises, suppliers, and customers. We offer: Full-time contract.
