Posizione Here at CCH Tagetik (part of Wolters Kluwer's Corporate Performance & ESG Division) we are looking for a Customer Success Specialist.
You will have an in-depth understanding of customers' overall business requirements and on how the various CCH Tagetik solutions and features can meet their needs.
You will also partner with other CCH Tagetik departments on initiatives that address customer needs, product utilization, and improve departmental efficiency to help meet company goals.
Sometimes referred to as a Customer Advocate, you will give voice to our customer’s feedback, reviews and assesses their project progress, and offers recommendations based on results.
You will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and return on investment while enhancing the customer experience.
You will:- Use customer management tools to track customer communication, issues and metrics- Drive close collaboration with Global Marketing, Product Management, Product Development and Support- Develop strong relationships with all key decision makers and influencers across each department in the CCH Tagetik organization- Contribute to the future development of the Customer Success global and local initiatives and strategy- Uncover and mitigate any risk that threatens each customer’s growth, satisfaction, or renewal; conceive and execute risk mitigation plans- Become an expert on CCH Tagetik product solutions as well as customer use cases and use this knowledge to identify and solve customer pain points through adoption of new CCH Tagetik products and features- Help designing and adopting Customer Advocacy Programs Your profile:- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering. - Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language- Fluent in English and Italian- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills What do we offer you at CCH Tagetik part of Wolters Kluwer?- Flexible working hours where you can start between 8:00 and 10:00 and flexible working policy- English classes, Full access to E-learning platforms such as Linked In Learning- Continuous training plans provided through in-person courses, certifications, training-on-the-job, webinars. - Performance plans where we would like to determine which career path you prefer to follow.

Caratteristiche del candidato Requisiti tecnici e conoscenze informatiche Good knowledge of Excel and PPT.
Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
