Junior Business Analyst (Milano)

On behalf of our Client a global biopharmaceutical company, IQVIA is looking for a Junior Business Analyst who can join an exciting working environment in a dynamic atmosphere areas.

An exciting opportunity for a young, graduated student of scientific faculties (i. e. Engineer, Economics, Informatics) to join the Italian Analytics & Commercial Excellence Department as junior specialist dedicated to data collection, analysis, visualization and reporting.

This role is designed for a positive & open-minded candidate, with strong analytical skills, a clear-thinking approach, highly motivated by cross functional collaboration and teamwork, proactive and willing to continue learning.


Location: office based – Milan

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Analytics & Commercial Excellence junior specialist the candidate will focus on two main areas of activity :

Data Management & Business Intelligence ( Tableau software)


• Maintenance of existing reports in Tableau


• Data sources management (blending data, create new database etc. . )


• Creation of new dashboard in Tableau


• Provide support to tableau users solving issues and provide continuous training


• Work closely with Business Units to understand their needs and supporting them with relevant analysis


• Work closely with Company IT global team to leverage global capabilities

CRM platform management ( Veeva G360)


• Manage and coordinate Platform development according to Company CRM global team guidance


• Provide support to Field Force colleagues solving issues and providing technical support


• Ensure data accuracy and proper platform usage identifying improvement areas

The profile become reference point within A&CE team for all what concerns reporting, data analysis and data management and become reference point inside the commercial organization for all what concerns CRM activities.

COMPETENCIES:


• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point


• Advanced knowledge of Tableau Tools ( Tableau desktop, Tableau Prep, Tableau server)


• Advanced knowledge of Data Modelling and Data Management ( Aggregate, Join, Append tables to create databases)


• Strong Analytical mindset , understand business needs, identifies relevant data, create analysis to generate insights


• Fluent in English


• Basic SQL knowledge and Sales Force platform knowledge would be considered as Plus

REQUIREMENTS : 


• Good interpersonal skills with ability to interact with individuals from a variety of departments


• Good communication skills both orally and in writing


• Project management skills such as planning, prioritization, objective setting, meeting management


• Self-starter, able to learn quickly and multi-task to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment of changing priorities.


• Problem-solving skills

TYPE OF CONTRACT:


• Starting with a temporary contract 1 year


• Chemical Contract
