To strengthen the growth of the Engineering Business Unit of Stevanato Group, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Junior Account Manager to join our team. The new joiner will be responsible for achieving assigned targets, managing the sales process, interacting with internal cross-functional teams, and handling selected customers in line with our commercial and distribution policies and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support leadership in deploying the go-to-market strategy, providing commercial insights for assigned clients to drive business growth and process harmonization.
• Responsible for the performance of assigned portfolio, with also strong focus on developing new customers in the assigned territory.
• Independently manage sector penetration activities as agreed with leadership, and collaborate with other sales team members for complex negotiations.
• Build and maintain effective, long-term partnerships with existing accounts, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to strengthen our competitive advantage.
• Analyze and identify market trends and emerging opportunities to leverage Stevanato Group’s value-added solutions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Business or Marketing.
• 2-5 years of experience in sales role, ideally in the machinery and equipment market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong sense of accountability as well commitment.
• Self-motivated and energetic with a results-focused approach to achieving daily goals/activities.
• Full proficiency in Italian and English, a third language is a plus.
Type of contract and salary will be based on experience.
Locations: Piombino Dese (PD) or Bologna (BO)
