Job Description
We’ re seeking a dedicated Jr. Digital Product Manager to manage and grow the MLC Power Point Add-in business. Based in the heart Milan, Italy, this role will focus on the continuous development, optimization, and growth of our flagship Power Point Add-in. You will work closely with our Dev Ops, design, and training teams to ensure that the MLC Power Point Add-in remains at the forefront of presentation tools worldwide, providing exceptional value to our clients and driving product adoption. As of today, the MLC Power Point Add-in earned significant recognitions from Gartner as the best Power Point Add-in for usability in 2024 and 2025.
Key Responsibilities
· Product Development: Led the ideation and development of new features for the MLC Power Point Add-in, coordinating closely with the MLC Dev Ops team.
· UX &UI Design: Collaborate with the MLC design team to refine and improve the user interface and experience of the MLC Power Point Add-in, ensuring it is intuitive and user-friendly.
· Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends and competitor offerings, identifying opportunities to enhance the add-in’s value proposition.
· Customer Service: Support B2B and B2C clients in resolving issues related to the MLC Power Point Add-in, working alongside the Dev Ops and design teams to ensure seamless user experience.
· Data Analytics: Analyze customer data and usage patterns to drive a data-driven product strategy and improve the add-in’s functionality and user engagement.
· Sales Enablement: Follow up on leads and inbound requests and maximize trial conversion rates by optimizing communication, messaging, and onboarding processes.
· Facilitate Product Adoption: Organize training sessions with clients, ensuring they fully understand and effectively utilize the MLC Power Point Add-in.
· New Client Onboarding: Lead tailored demo sessions and provide customized onboarding to new clients, ensuring they maximize the add-in’ s potential for their needs.
· Monitor Customer Health: Regularly assess customer engagement with the add-in to detect potential churn and implement retention strategies proactively.
Requirements
· Education: University degree, preferably in business, engineering, or a related field.
· Quantitative solid mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
· Proven project management skills.
· Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, particularly in a virtual setting, with a knack for building and nurturing customer relationships.
· Self-starter with a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude.
· General understanding of the MLC Power Point Add-in.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with expertise in Power Point and Excel.
· Fluent in English and Italian; additional language skills are a plus.
