Responsibilities:

Strategy Support: collaborate with the HR and Global Communication team to develop and implement a communication plan and materials aligned with the Italian plants and HQ Needs. Internal Communication management: responsible to work on an internal communication calendar for the Italian units as well as work in partnership with the HR to map and detail the actions related to employer branding. Based on the global communication standards, this position is in charge of developing and disseminating the internal contents (in a proactive or reactive manner) for positive reputation maintenance and a good relationship/engagement with our employees in Italy. External Communication: all external communication activities must be aligned and overseen by the Global Communication team. This position will support collecting information and proposing topics to be spread. In cases of crisis management, it should be a joint work with the global team. Events: support on the organization of local/internal events, always relying on the support from the HR and Global Communication team. Focal point for the global communication team: maintain constant contact with the global communication team to align key-messages and content production as well as regionally spread global contents. Besides that, evaluate and suggest local themes for the internal and external channels, as social media pages.



Requirements:

Bachelor’ s degree in Communications or Public Relations. A post-graduation degree in any of the listed areas above will be an advantage. Italian and English proficiency. Desiderable previous experience in Corporate Communication ( Internal communication, Media relations and reputation management).



Soft Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be strategical, analyzing data and providing actionable insights. Strong interpersonal skills with experience in stakeholder engagement. Multicultural experience with high level communication skills to facilitate integration in between a diverse workforce/culture. Ability to effectively manage different tasks and prioritize it based on business needs and resources.
