Responsibilities
• Deliver excellent customer service to Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Address customer inquiries and provide effective solutions to enhance their satisfaction.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services to assist customers accurately.
• Document all customer interactions clearly in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experiences.
• Participate in training programs to enhance your product knowledge and service skills.
• Provide insights and feedback to develop customer service practices further.
Requirements
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
• Friendly, proactive, and adaptable with great interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new lifestyle.
• A real passion for helping customers and addressing their needs.
