Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is seeking an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Information Technology (IT) industry team.
In this pivotal role' you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking clients' assisting them with inquiries related to our IT products and services.
Your responsibilities will include addressing technical queries' guiding customers through troubleshooting processes' and ensuring they receive the best possible service.

Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian for inquiries related to IT products and services. - Assist customers with technical questions and troubleshooting steps. - Provide guidance on product features' installation' and usage. - Resolve customer complaints and technical issues professionally and efficiently. - Document customer interactions accurately to help improve service quality. - Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. - Stay updated on the latest technology trends and product developments to effectively assist customers.
Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken. - Experience in customer service' preferably in the IT or technology sector. - Strong technical knowledge with a keen interest in IT solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach. - Ability to multitask and effectively manage various customer inquiries simultaneously. - Familiarity with customer support software or helpdesk systems is a plus. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including evenings and weekends' if needed.
