This position is perfect for individuals who have a passion for cars and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
In this role' you will assist customers with their inquiries regarding automotive products' services' and support' ensuring a top-notch experience in Italian.
Key Responsibilities - Manage customer inquiries related to automotive products' services' and repairs via phone' email' and chat in Italian. - Provide accurate information about vehicle specifications' pricing' warranty options' and dealership services. - Assist customers with appointment scheduling and follow-ups regarding vehicle maintenance. - Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently' ensuring satisfaction and quick resolution. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system. - Work closely with sales and technical teams to enhance the overall customer experience. - Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.
Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required, knowledge of English is an advantage. - Experience in customer service' preferably within the automotive industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills' with a friendly demeanor. - Ability to explain technical information in an accessible and clear manner. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. - Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications. - Willingness to work flexible hours' including weekends and holidays if necessary.
