What You'll Do - Engage with customers by answering inquiries about automotive products' services' and troubleshooting through phone' email' and chat in Italian. - Provide insightful information about the latest automotive technologies and offers' enriching the customer experience. - Assist customers in navigating the purchase process' from selection to delivery' while building rapport and trust. - Tackle and resolve any customer concerns or issues with a positive attitude and professionalism. - Document all interactions meticulously' ensuring accurate records are maintained. - Collaborate with other departments to provide timely solutions and improvements in service. - Stay updated with industry trends' new models' and features to wow our customers with your knowledge.
Requirements - Fluency in Italian (oral and written) is essential, knowledge of English is advantageous. - Experience in customer service' particularly within the automotive sector' is highly preferred. - Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor that puts customers at ease. - Strong problem-solving capabilities with a knack for turning challenges into opportunities. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computing skills. - A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for our customers!
