Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent for a prominent French multinational telecommunications company.
This role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment while supporting customers with their telecommunication needs.
As an integral part of our team' you will ensure that Italian-speaking clients receive exemplary service and support.
Responsibilities - Assist Italian-speaking customers through various channels including phone' email' and chat with inquiries related to telecommunication products and services. - Provide detailed information about service offerings' troubleshooting assistance' and billing inquiries. - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution. - Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to track feedback and inquiries. - Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and service delivery. - Stay updated on promotions' new products' and industry trends to inform and assist clients effectively.
Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken), proficiency in English or French is a plus. - Previous experience in customer service' preferably within the telecommunications industry. - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. - Ability to resolve conflicts and provide effective solutions to customer issues. - Proficient in CRM systems and comfortable with basic computer applications. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. - Willingness to learn about telecommunication products and services in detail.
