In this pivotal role' you will support Italian-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries' offering solutions' and ensuring they have a positive experience with the brand.

Responsibilities - Manage customer interactions in Italian through phone' email' and chat channels' providing expert support and guidance. - Assist customers with product inquiries' service issues' and general company information. - Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally' ensuring client satisfaction. - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within the company systems. - Work closely with team members to share insights and improve the overall customer service experience. - Stay updated on new products' services' and company policies to provide the best support possible. - Collect and report on customer feedback to drive improvements in service delivery.
Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken. - Prior experience in customer service is highly desirable. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. - Proactive mindset with a passion for providing excellent customer experiences. - Familiarity with the products and services of the American multinational is a plus. - Proficient in using customer service software and technology.
