Mercier Consultancy is seeking dedicated Italian- Speaking Anti- Financial Crime Customer Service Experts to join our dynamic team in Athens.
In this important position' you will provide exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding inquiries about anti-financial crime processes and regulations.
Your expertise and communication skills will be key in facilitating a safe and secure financial environment for our customers while ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
Responsibilities - Deliver outstanding customer support in Italian to handle inquiries related to financial crime and compliance. - Guide customers through anti-financial crime policies' regulatory requirements' and reporting channels. - Address and resolve issues concerning financial transactions' ensuring customer satisfaction. - Accurately document interactions and maintain records in compliance with regulations. - Work closely with the anti-financial crime team to escalate urgent issues and contribute to their resolution. - Stay updated on relevant laws and trends in the financial crime prevention landscape. - Assist in crafting customer-facing materials about financial crime topics.
Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English is required, knowledge of additional languages is beneficial. - Previous experience in customer service within a financial or compliance setting is preferred. - Solid understanding of anti-financial crime legislation and best practices. - Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building. - Meticulous attention to detail coupled with effective problem-solving abilities. - Familiarity with customer service software and financial transaction systems. - Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while managing independent tasks.
