As an agent for the Italian market, you will be expected to provide high-quality customer support, mainly through inbound calls and email. - Be the main point of contact for our customers who want to communicate with us. - Act as the front line of our services and one of our greatest strengths. - Maintain professionalism in all situations. - Resolve issues efficiently to ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction. - No prior experience required – we provide full initial training and ongoing support.
Your Qualifications - Fluent Italian (C1+) and good English skills (C1). - Willingness to learn and work in an international environment. - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. - Active listening and empathy to resolve customer issues.
