Your Tasks - Welcome customers in a friendly and professional way (by phone or email) - Listen to their questions and give the best solution based on their needs - Follow clear guidelines and company procedures - Offer extra products or services if it helps the customer - Look for ways to improve how things are done and make the service better What We're Looking For - ? Proficiency in Italian' both written and spoken - ? English (B2) - ? Preferable experience in customer service - ? Good communication skills - ? A helpful and friendly attitude - ? Ability to follow rules and solve problems - ? A team spirit and a drive to improve - ? Sales experience is a plus!
